Staying in our blue and yellow theme, a big hit were welcome drinks of mango sangria, topping off the evening with an array of delicious desserts including blueberry and banana creme brulee spoons and mouthwatering chocolate cups. Having Clark Pope and his crew at the helm enabled us to thoroughly enjoy our guests from start to finish. We will definitely call on them again!”

“When our daughter married last summer, Clark and his crew handled all the food and drinks for her backyard wedding. The “heavy hors d’oeuvres” menu that she and her new husband chose, and Clark provided, were delicious, varied, and filling! It was well prepared, beautifully presented, and impeccably served. On this very hot, humid July afternoon, the staff’s attention to detail and willingness to please were above the call of duty, despite the adverse conditions.
